I went for a short trip to Sequoia National Park on April 3, 2009. It was short, because it started snowing when I was driving up the road to the Giant Forest. And not just a few flurries. It was full-on snowing and sticking to the road. The wildflowers looked promising up there, and the Redbud trees were in full bloom, so a return trip is definitely in my near future.
