Yosemite visit - September 29, 2007

My mom, dad and I took a drive to Yosemite National Park on Saturday. It was a bright, sunny day. But the waterfalls were dry. It has been a very dry year this year. Only Vernal Falls was actually falling, but it was more of a trickle than its usual spring time gush.

We drove up to Glacier Point instead of driving thru the valley. The last time I went up to Glacier Point, it was cloudy and foggy. This time, the view was great.

I hope to make it back to Tuolumne Meadows and Tenaya Lake before the road closes for the season. Maybe next weekend.
