Merced National Wildlife Refuge - White Faced Ibis - 1/20/13

I posted this pic, as it was the only shot I got of this White faced Ibis. He just would not come out of the shade! They are not commonly found on refuge, but not rare either. Just not found in large numbers like the ducks and geese.
